Grateful & Sassy Boutique Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

We are happy to offer both shipping and local pickup options for eligible orders.

Shipping

Orders are processed as quickly as possible during normal business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, live shopping events, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout based on the shipping option available for your order.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of Grateful & Sassy Boutique's direct control.

Grateful & Sassy Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the package resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and check with household members and neighbors.

We will do our best to assist customers with shipping concerns, but Grateful & Sassy Boutique cannot guarantee replacement of packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for eligible orders.

Customers will receive notification when their order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive a ready-for-pickup notification before arriving.

Orders should be picked up in a timely manner.

For purposes of our return policy, the 14-day exchange/store-credit period begins when the customer is notified that the order is ready for pickup.

Live Sale Orders

Shipping and local pickup may also be selected for eligible Live Sale purchases. Customers must provide the requested contact information so that an invoice can be issued and the order processed.
